Offering cylinder head work such as multi-angle to full-blend valve jobs, intake and exhaust porting, combustion chamber optimization, valve design and more. Our complete race engine development services also include camshaft timing optimization, piston modification and design, component stress relief and strengthening, frictional loss reduction, blueprinting, etc..
In addition to building championship winning cylinder heads and race engines - we also provide custom metal fabrication and design services. Our offerings include CNC plasma cutting and CAD design, T.I.G. welding, machine tube bending & notching, conventional lathe/mill machining. Applications can be varied from maximizing power to weight ratio with lightweight race parts to custom components that set your ride apart from the crowd. We specialize in providing real solutions for complex projects.
Based in northern California's San Francisco east bay, Performance Concepts is here to serve the needs of racers, street and off-road riders. While the Performance Concepts name is fairly new, owner Patrick Ho has provided the powersports community with top level engine and fabrication services for nearly 20 years.
